About the Role:
The Workshop Coordinator will assist the Executive Education Manager with all assigned administrative responsibilities and follow up processes. These include but are not limited too department calendar management, client enrollment and follow up and report generation.

Qualified Candidates Need:
  • Must have at minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Must possess consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to complete task within given deadlines and schedules.
  • Detailed and organized.
  • Established ability to execute defined processes and illuminate areas of inefficiency.
  • Ability to work well in a remote or office environment.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including executive level managers.
  • Must be comfortable using different technologies to complete tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate an energetic and positive personality.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all clients are properly enrolled and receive all necessary/scheduled information
  • Ensure all methods, rules and processes are documented and up to date.
  • Create and send out all weekly and monthly reports with accurate information.
  • Actively review and ensure all assigned responsibilities for in person workshops are completed in a timely manner.
  • Review client feedback and offer ideas on process improvement to direct supervisor
  • Update CRM with all necessary notes and changes.

Hourly Range: $18/hr
