About the Role:
The remote based Stay Smart Coach is responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during our “Stay Smart” coaching approach.

Qualified Candidates Need:

  • Must have at minimum 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience highly preferred
  • Must have at least 2 -3 years of Automotive Service Department management experience
  • Must be able to present training material in an engaging manner.
  • Possess ability to understand, accomplish and present goals.
  • Must possess consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Must be comfortable and effective with all sales and service-related process questions.
  • Proven ability to direct and lead clients to wanted solutions.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Established ability to execute defined processes.
  • Must be able to effectively manage time, manage multiple accounts and strategically prioritize.
  • Ability to work well in a remote or office environment.
  • Must be comfortable interacting with and training all levels of management, including executive level managers.
  • Demonstrate an energetic and motivating personality.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use consultative methods and prior experience to effect change in designated area.
  • Use “Perfect Pricing” and “Perfect Repair Order” model to garner projected financial impact for client.
  • Hold monthly / quarterly coaching sessions with clients to confirm and measure implemented changes.
  • Update CRM with all necessary notes and changes.
  • Use wins and outcomes to garner interest in additional Dynatron products.
  • Schedule and confirm attendance in available manager workshops.

Compensation: $85,000 + Bonus Potential
