About the Role:
CRM Analyst plays a crucial role in the management and optimization of customer relationship management systems. This role is essential in ensuring that Dynatron's CRM system is functioning effectively and producing actionable insights. As part of the IT Corporate Applications Team, the CRM Analysts bridges the gap between data-driven insights and customer-driven strategies, helping to foster stronger relationships and drive business growth.
Qualified Candidates Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Required Experience: 3+ years of experience with CRM configuration: including workflows, validation rules, formula fields, customer journeys (work management), modules and security controls
- Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies
- Experience using of Jira/Confluence for requirements documentation
- Proven ability to design, implement and integrate CRM solutions to optimize business processes.
- Experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To-Be process mapping)
- Must be familiar with SugarCRM platform
- Ability to troubleshoot system problems, determine root cause, recommend and implement solutions
- Flexible, able to multi-task, context switch, and manage prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate information in clear and concise language to a wide audience varying in levels of technical expertise
- Aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience with SQL and PHP
- Analytical Expertise: Leverage strong analytical skills and knowledge of SugarCRM.
- Process Improvement: Maintain a deep understanding of user processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Technical Support: Address technical issues and discrepancies reported by users, providing timely solutions.
- Customer Experience: Identify and address gaps in customer experience to enhance satisfaction.
- Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and E2E testing).
- Requirements Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders and analyze them based on technical environments and enterprise specifics.
- Insight Generation: Synthesize analytical findings into clear, incisive insights and recommendations that drive business results
- Functional Design: Develop functional design documents, including technical specifications for custom development and system integration.
- Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update system configuration documentation.
- Critical hours to be available for collaboration with US team are
- 6:30PM-11:30PM IST (India)
- 9:00AM-2:00PM EST (USA)
- 8:00AM-1:00PM CST (USA)
- 7:00AM-12:00PM MST (USA)
- 6:00AM-11:00AM PST (USA)
- Balance of 3 hours each day can be worked before or after core hours at your discretion
Dynatron does not have a physical office in India; this is a remote independent contractor position. As an independent contractor, you are essentially running your own business. Therefore:
- The company pays you the full agreed-upon amount (if you request 10 LPA, you receive 10 LPA).
- You are responsible for paying your own taxes.
- You are responsible for obtaining your own benefits (like health insurance).
- Provision for India Gazetted Holidays and 24 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) within the contract term.
- This is a 12 month contract to be re-evaluated at the end of the initial 12 month term.
- This role is based on an Independent Contractor agreement, not a traditional employment model.
Compensation Range: $20,000-30,000 (USD)
