The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive, strategic Sr. People Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and educator for our rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and broader organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will build strong credibility and influence with people managers and leadership by delivering expert guidance and tailored people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.

Seeking a candidate with 5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner. The ideal person is passionate about talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience supporting GTM functions is key. This role offers a unique chance to shape culture and business outcomes in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop trusted relationships with sales, marketing, and client success leadership by educating and coaching them on best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Partner closely with business leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions that align with and accelerate business priorities
  • Assist with the delivery of key talent initiatives, including employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and leadership development
  • Serve as a confident advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational health, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges
  • Lead and support organizational design initiatives to ensure teams are structured for agility, scalability, and success
  • Drive workforce planning and change management initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Leverage HR metrics and data to inform strategy, identify workforce trends, and drive solutions that enhance retention, engagement, and performance
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by coaching hiring managers and partnering with recruiting to attract and retain top-tier talent
  • Champion Dynatron’s culture and values through proactive communication, training, and leadership engagement

What You Bring

  • 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven ability to build credibility and educate GTM leaders and hiring managers, earning trust as a strategic HR advisor to the business
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Experience with workforce planning, change management, and talent strategy execution
  • Data-savvy with the ability to leverage HR metrics and analytics to guide decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability and creativity to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments with a growth mindset

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $145K - $155K
  • Equity: Participation in Dynatron’s Equity Incentive Plan
