The Stay Smart Team Lead (100% remote) will assist the Director of Coaching with training and achieving assigned metrics of performance within their team. The focuses will include in assisting with all new hire training as well as ongoing training with current coaches, ensuring platinum filings are not delayed and assist in identifying attendance and overall meeting show rate and performance to assist with client engagement challenges.

Qualification Needs:
The Stay Smart Team lead will have been a coach within Dynatron Software a minimum of 1 year and have had results deemed as an “A - Player” within their reviews.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training and education of new coaches assigned to their team.
  • Ongoing training with individual coaches in low performing areas.
  • Ensure ongoing GM / Executive Management engagement on coaching calls.
  • Spearhead missing meeting process and ensure this process is being followed.
  • Assist coaches with “high risk” clients who are potential red flags/ cancels.  This could be strategizing or sitting on the meeting as well.
  • Spearhead engagement during the Start Smart / Stay Smart handoff call.
  • Assist in engaging clients in attending the Level 2 Workshop.
Stay Smart Team Leader Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist team in maintain highest retention scores possible.
  • Ensure that no Stay Smart Red Flag Case is open longer than 60 days
  • Ensure that each coach achieves 6 Client Testimonials a quarter as well as 3 Sales / Coaching leads quarterly.
  • Ensure each coach achieve their required New Business / Marketing leads quarterly.
  • Ensure the overdue warranty filings does not exceed 10%.
  • Ensure each coach maintains a meeting show rate of 90% of higher each month.

Salary Summary | Base ($95,000) + Bonus
