About the Role:

We are looking for an remote based A-Player, National Account Manager to support a dedicated list of assigned Dealership Service Marketing Clients. The National Account Manager is responsible for performing review calls with 95%+ of assigned Dealers by meeting cadence, focusing on current successes, campaign budget increase potential, add ons and/or adjustments. Candidates must be customer focused, reliable, analytical, upbeat, and able to keep a fast pace.

Qualified Candidates Need:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to learn new software applications quickly and be comfortable working on different types of programs
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, projecting a professional company image, the ability to type 30 wpm and be well organized
  • Critical and creative thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who takes initiative
  • Follow processes and instructions given verbally or through documentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks accurately with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
  • Ability to adhere to stringent timelines
  • Dealership marketing experience is a plus
  • Soft sales experience is a plus

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Review and contact 95%+ of assigned Dealers by meeting cadence for campaign budget increase potential, add ons and/or adjustments
  • Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships with dealership managers ensuring open streams of communication
  • Review Marketing Campaign results as assigned, to maintain a high rate of return for the client and high customer retention for the company as well
  • Request sales tools as needed
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the software products to understand their capabilities, features, and benefits to be able to support the customers’ needs
  • Maintain effective task notes through excellent documentation and organization while utilizing CRM, Google Docs, etc
  • Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned by department head or immediate supervisor
  • Gain a high-level understanding of our company's products with special attention to Automotive Industry Marketing
  • Assisting with other workers' tasks/requests is required

Compensation Range: $45,000-50,000
