About the Role:
The 100% remote/virtual based Start Smart Coach is responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during our “Start Smart” coaching approach. The Start Smart Coach is responsible for ensuring their clients establish knowledge and behaviors in using their assigned analytic tool.

Compensation: $85,000 + Bonus Potential

About the Role:
The 100% remote/virtual based Start Smart Coach is responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during our “Start Smart” coaching approach. The Start Smart Coach is responsible for ensuring their clients establish knowledge and behaviors in using their assigned analytic tool.
Qualified Candidates Need:
- 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience highly preferred
- 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred.
- Must be able to present training material in an engaging manner.
- Possess ability to understand and accomplish presents goals.
- Must possess consultative problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable and effective with all sales and service-related process questions.
- Proven ability to direct and lead clients to wanted solutions.
- Detail oriented.
- Established ability to execute defined processes.
- Must be able to effectively manage time, manage multiple accounts and strategically prioritize.
- Ability to work well in a remote or office environment.
- Must be comfortable interacting with and training all levels of management, including executive level managers.
- Demonstrate an energetic and motivating personality.
- Use consultative methods and prior experiences to effect change in “3 Pillar” area.
- Use “Perfect Pricing” model to garner projected financial impact for client.
- Hold weekly / bi-weekly coaching sessions with clients to confirm and measure implemented changes.
- Update CRM with all necessary notes and changes.
- Use wins and outcomes to garner interest in additional Dynatron products.
- Schedule and confirm attendance in available manager workshops.
