About the Role:
The CRM Analyst plays a crucial role in the management and optimization of customer relationship management systems. This role is essential in ensuring that Dynatron's CRM system is functioning effectively and producing actionable insights. As part of the IT Corporate Applications Team, the CRM Analyst bridges the gap between data-driven insights and customer-driven strategies, helping to foster stronger relationships and drive business growth.

Qualified Candidates Need:

  • Analytical Expertise: Leverage strong analytical skills and knowledge of CRM or business system intelligence systems.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain a deep understanding of user processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Technical Support: Address technical issues and discrepancies reported by users, providing timely solutions.
  • Customer Experience: Identify and address gaps in customer experience to enhance satisfaction.
  • Agile Methodology: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrums, Design Meetings, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and E2E testing).
  • Requirements Analysis: Gather requirements from stakeholders and analyze them based on technical environments and and enterprise specifics
  • Insight Generation: Synthesize analytical findings into clear, incisive insights and recommendations that drive business results
  • Functional Design: Develop functional design documents, including technical specifications for custom development and system integration.
  • CRM Expertise: Serve as a CRM subject matter expert, providing coaching and mentorship to
    junior team members.
  • Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update system configuration documentation.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Required Experience: 3+ years of experience with CRM configuration: including workflows, validation rules, formula fields, customer journeys (work management), modules and security controls
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience using of Jira/Confluence for requirements documentation
  • Proven ability to design, implement and integrate CRM solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To_be process mapping)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills required
  • Must be familiar with SugarCRM or similar CRM platforms i.e. SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and technologies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced Analyst skilled in CRM analysis, database management and data mining. Proven ability to identify and resolve data issues, maintain database integrity and utilize data to develop strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Nice to have: SugarCRM, SalesForce, SQL, PHP, Report Building, WorkFlow Management

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000
